Refund Policy

Subscription refunds
Bharat Equity is a digital research subscription. Because subscribers receive immediate access to the full research suite upon payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
We will, however, consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Duplicate charge for the same billing cycle (always refunded in full).
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription (refunded in full).
- You request a refund within 48 hours of your first-ever payment and have not extensively used paid features. We may grant a one-time goodwill refund at our discretion.
- Material platform outage or unavailability of paid features for an extended period during your billing cycle (pro-rated credit or refund).
Deep Dive Packs
Deep Dive Pack purchases (₹499, ₹1,299, ₹3,999) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused pack extras automatically expire at the end of the billing month and do not roll over — this is by design and not eligible for refund.
How to request a refund
Email rohanraizw@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your Razorpay payment ID (you'll find this in your payment confirmation email) and a brief description of the situation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank credit timelines depend on your card issuer or bank.
Failed or unauthorised transactions
If you see a Bharat Equity charge you do not recognise, contact us immediately at rohanraizw@gmail.com and we will investigate and refund unauthorised charges within 5-7 business days.
